Yea sure, they might make a few tizen phones. But their main flagship phones will not be tizen for a long long time I don't believe. One of the major advantages Apple and Google have are hefty app stores. Samsung does not have this in their market place. I would go as far as to say that currently their app store has less apps than Blackberry. (Natively of course). It would take years for Samsung to amass those numbers. Look at the lengths Microsoft had to go to in order to get developers on board. Practically throw money at them.
