Soft Brick/Bootloop with LG myTouch E739

Hey guys, i downloaded Cyanogenmod 9 about 2 weeks ago on my LG myTouch, and all was going well for about an hour. I used titanium backup to restore my deleted apps and system data. After that, i rebooted my phone and it was stuck on a bootloop. If i try to go into recovery it just stays on a screen saying "Software Upgrade." Usually going into recovery and clearing cache will fix the problem but the upgrade is in the way. REALLY NEED MY PHONE BACK! Any help will be appreciated.

These are the steps to get into recovery, I think your holding the volume up+down button and the power button which wont do anything but keep you in the "s/w upgrade"
These steps took me a few times to get it into recovery

how many trials you've made before you get into recovery?? im doing the power+vol up+vol down, and every time it brings me to s/w upgrade
