Soft key glitch

Had the left side glitch myself yesterday. It lasted about 15 minutes and went away on its own. Hasn't happened since....

Debating on whether to send back to Amazon or not...

Im gonna wait and see too...the tablet performs flawlessly otherwise and it only happened once...restarted, been fine since. I am not gonna freak out yet...especially after having already returned one for a more serious issue. I don't think it is hardware related- it seemed like a weird little software issue...hopefully all good now.

@Medic97- I know what you're saying...just don't feel like dealing with more shipping hassles...so I will let you guys know how it works out.

I'm having the same issue, must be a software glitch. When I restart it the issue goes away (for a while). I'll probably just hang onto it, seems like something they can fix via update.

I've only experienced this issue on day one of owning the device (affected the entire left edge). Simply rotating the screen from landscape to portrait actually eliminated the problem and I haven't noticed it since. It appears to be a software glitch more than anything.

Hey all I`ve had mine for 5 days and haven't exp. This glitch. But before i bought it i read a bunch of reviews and read 1 or 2 that said the green crazyness happened in relation to plugging into the dock.

I don't have the dock and i don't have green screen.
Are ya'll using the dock?

Worried about getting it, but it all I`m very happy w. Performance. It kills my pos netbook

Well now ive been experiencing the left side glitch and yesterday the whole tab filled w horizontal black lines then blacked out and came back when it was touched then immediately blacked out again. Too bad because i really like the tab. Going back in the next few days.:-$

I purchased mine yesterday at Office Depot with the docking station. I am experiencing the black bars and the back button flickering. I have also had issues with it locking up and the track pad sometimes not working.

I plan on returning it this weekend. I hope that ASUS resolves the issues for everyone else.

I got my mine from Amazon on Monday along with the keyboard dock, and it was working great except this morning. My tablet was undocked and was in the Email program in portrait mode, the screen start flicking and went away in landscape. The I noticed the left bottom was flicking. I powered off the device and turned it back on. That seemed to fix the problem.

It looks like a software issue, and will wait for Asus to fix the problem. Has anyone informed Asus or started a thread at their site?

I just got my from Best Buy and I have not had any issues so far.

I played the glowball demo .. no issues ..
I played Bagit for awhile and I had no issues so far

I have the same glitch. I imagine if it were hardware related it would be doing it all of the time. It occasionally happens on mine but not bad enough to return it. Turning it off and back on fixes it for me.
