Okay, I've searched, and all I've found is people saying that Soft Locker is the way to keep WiFi from sleeping when the Nook Color screen sleeps. If I turn the Nook Color back on within, say, a minute of it going to sleep, the WiFi is still on. Any longer, though, and I've got to wait about 10 seconds for the WiFi to reconnect. (Yes, 10 seconds is a long time when one is easily distracted by shiny objects.)
Soft Locker seemed to work for a little while but no more. I've even tried opening it up and "enable" sleep and "disable" sleep, thinking maybe it's not quite working after a reboot, but no dice: WiFi still shuts down.
Suggestions?
