Software 1.92.798.3 (Android Patch August 1, 2016) - is this the latest?

Hi, I am in the UK with EE. I bought phone on eBay and it came with Chinese welcome screen characters!

Phone is running Android 6.0.1 In the box: HTC 10 M10h

Am I missing any Android/HTC updates?

I believe is not the latest, I had until yesterday version 1.92, too (but different numbers than you after the "92", sorry, I did not took the precaution to write them down). Today I received an update to 1.96.709.5.

Mine came with Chinese welcome screen characters, too. I had to go through all the initial setup in Chinese, I didn't find a way to switch languages in that stage. Thank god I had another smartphone with Google Translate, just taking shots of the HTC screen to know what I was asked to do...

My unlocked phone in the US is running 1.96.617.2 with September 1 patches.

Saw a post that TMobile US carries ones are running 1.81.531.20 with October 1 patch level.

Yeah, I saw that post, too. So, the TMobile guys are still in the 1.81 version (but with October patch) and we the unlocked guys are already in 1.96 (but with September patch). That sounds kind of weird...

My 10 is still safe and has no issues with security. Phones a few years ago didnt have monthy security updates and we were all fine. Not having cutting edge security updates isnt something that means the end of the world.

Nougat is supposed to be at the end of the year. It did take a while but it was 3 months of security updates too

Updating my post. I bought a replacement unlocked phone directly from HTC here in the UK, via Digital River. 15% discount promo until end of October!
Just arrived with SW version 1.95.401.3 Patch "1 August 2016" and there is an update ready to download 1.95.401.4 (61.4MB).
The phone (model 2PS6200) came with an additional UK power supply plus the EU model inside the sealed box.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I might be seeing better battery life. I know one of the updates on the unlocked version allegedly did that, so maybe we're finally seeing that as well. Again, I could be imagining it, but I'll see how it goes today.
