Hello. I just got this Alcatel Pixi 3 phone, which includes a bunch of slow bloatware I couldn't remove, and it made everything in the phone go slow. I installed KingRoot, and a root installer apk whose name I couldn't remember (because I couldn't get past KingRoot's screens), and from one moment to another, not sure when exactly, the Home and Task List buttons stopped working.
The back button works, and all three buttons do play sounds (so it is SOFTWARE's issue, NOT hardware). Tried ResolutionChanger's virtual buttons, they work just fine. And after a cache wipe, factory reset from boot and normal menus, it keeps not working. What else can I try?
