Software issue

I am able to log into my Samsung account on my laptop. But I can't on the Note 10. Same also on my iPhone on the Shop Samsung app. I get this message 'You've reached the maximum number of sign-in attempts. Reset password...blah blah blah'. But my log in works just fine on the computer. Anybody else experiencing this?
 
I o ly use the app , but maybe long press it, tap info clear data,cache and force stop
