Software update for Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIII

I woke up this morning about 6:15am and found a software update for my Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIII. The only info I found was that there was some performance enhancement. My initial thought was jelly bean update but I looked at the version after I updated and it was still version 4.0.4 Does anyone know what this update was all about? Please comment.

Forgot to mention the update was around 85mb. Has anyone gotten this update this morning?

I got a 4.0.4 update this morning in New York. Expected Jelly Bean too. I thought our phones shipped with 4.0.4??? Sounds like most people got this update in July if they didn't have it already

LI3 update is still 4.0.4.
This update has been rolling out for the past 2-3 weeks.

There have been 4 updates to 4.0.4. LEN (original release), LF9, LG2, LG8 and LI3.

So what was the whole purpose of it.? I checked my firmware and it said connection error than no update. But it did that system update this morning i too have the sph version
