Software update taking forever to download

Hi can anyone help. I have good wifi at home, can stream netflix and download files no problem, but when i try to do software update on my new Note 3 (116MB) it takes literally ages to download. Then it keeps trying to download the same update all the time. I have reset device twice and same issue, anyone else had this/any advise please?

Dude.We have the same problem.I update my Samsung last night and it still on 86% for the last few hours!I don't know why is it slow.I just place a Micro SD Card!
Internet connection is fast!

Idk i need halp as well. Samsung galaxy s4 says its downloading android 5.0.1 and it has 1011.9 mb to download. Its been going since 2:30am and now its 7am and only 52% downloaded
