I was getting this. Went into software updates (because I couldn't update it from the notification) and after I pressed it, then processed, it said "your phone is up to date". I don't know if it did anything. Does the t-mobile site have something? I didn't check. Just hoped for the best. So far my phone is fine. I think it was a week ago, I did this. No more messages about updates.
