almost a month and still waiting for my refund!!! if you paid with paypal expect to wait this long

Ouch! My return was received on June 28 and PayPal is already expecting a payment on July 17. I returned another item to Google at around the same time and they processed my refund within a day or two of receiving the item. I guess all the horror stories about Digital River are true.
