Solved pixel 2 whining sound

So I finally figured out how to reproduce the sound it turns out that the charging cable is the culprit whenever you're on a call and you're charging the phone the same time that's what's causing the high pitched whine take out the cable while you're still in the call and you'll see it will stop

granted it's not really a solution but I can almost guarantee anyone who has this problem will be able to reproduce the same situation I have
