Solved:UK O2 PAYG 3G issues

Hi all, new HTC One and Android owner here. Loving my new phone, although a little unconvinced by the battery life yet, need time to bed in and use under normal circumstances.

However, the one downside is that 3G seems to have stopped working correctly. I've only just noticed after the weekend as I'm at work now, but the 3G/HSDPA seems to be slow/non-existent. Not a problem with my iPhone 4 previously. It looks like my APN settings are correct but its just not working properly. Is there something else I need to set-up, is it a faulty phone or is it an issue with HTC, in which case it's not fit for purpose for me :(

Okay. Stupid colleague ?_? has told me he's now having issues with 3G on O2 too. Except he told me his was fine this morning when I asked him.

Mind you, the O2 store worker didn't suggest there were network issues when I went at lunch. Ah well, hopefully it'll be resolved and there aren't any issues with my phone.
