Android Central Question

I recently bought Nokia 6.1 Plus (India). I'm on Android 8.0.1 September security patch.

Two apps, Quora and Netflix don't work on my wi-fi connection. All other apps seem to work fine. These apps work over mobile data.

I looked for this on this forum and found a few answers. Based on those I already tried:
1. Disable IPv6 on the router - it wasn't enabled on my router (however, when I go to the connection properties of the wifi connection on my phone, it shows IPv6 addresses)
2. Disable VoLTE on phone - didn't affect anything
3. Disable wi-fi password - didn't help. I even tried changing the SSID
