Some apps don't alert on V20

In particular, the MediSafe app is supposed to alert me to take a med at 5:35 am. On my Galaxy Note 6, it would do this, even during Do Not Disturb, which was scheduled to end at 6 am. On this phone, it won't play an audio alert, even when given priority status. It vibrates, but doesn't sound or light up the screen.

The other is DeviantART, which has full permissions and alerts on my Lollipop 5.1 tablet, but not on this Nougat 7.0 phone.

I realize Nougat is the new kid on the block, but have never run into trouble like this before.
