I have to think those were the reviewers or people lying then. How would they get their pre orders so early?

Doubt that. The phones get picked up by fedex in large bulk. There is no way a couple phones just get picked up by fedex.

I remember one time a international member don't remember which Samsung got it about week earlier

One of the members on the eu Samsung Community Forum who lives in the Netherlands has commented thst he's been advised his delivery is for the 18th of February.

I received the s8 a day early. Samsung tried to block it but it was already in route and the driver couldn't care less.

How did they try blocking it?

Anyway, most of us got the S8 a day early. We got it that Thur instead of Fri. Samsung held out until the last minute while many others got them that Monday. As I said, we were all going nuts because most of us had the Note 7 and needed a big screen phone. Since then Samsung has released them eariler. I guess they were tired of being bugged when phones would ship.
