some information text apear over mobile screen !!!

Hi ..
i just found this screen appears over mobile screens ..( see attached image )
some information text screen !!!




and when i open any application it goes away (hidden) ,
then return back to appear after exit the application ..any application ..
i tried to restart my mobile many times .. no way .
enabled /disabled developer options .. also .. no way !!!
i am using original os android 4.3 .. no mods .. no fixes ..


i want to Hide this screen back !! ??

any help would be appreciated please ...

thank ... i did ..two times .. and restarted ... but nothing happened .. screen still appear !!

You had it in safe mode and it was still there ?

of course not .. it was not appear .. but just return to appear after restart in normal mode ..

Then you have to see your apps, one of them is causing it

sure , i reviewed them .. all are apps installed from google play store , and some games for my kids also from play store ..
this screen just started to appear yesterday ... no applications installed for about a week !!!

I understand but take one at a time to see if it goes away , in safe mode it turns off 3rd party apps and only uses native that came with phone so it sounds like a 3rd party app is displaying this

well .. i tried it again in safe mode .. not screen appear ..
BUT , i just noticed something not usual !!!!
when i press the power button a few seconds to make the (shut down - restart - air plain mode ) appear .. it is NOT appear !!!
the phone starts to "shut down" automatically !!!
what is that !!? why it acts that way !!???

Possibly with power button it bypass that window you see to turn off,restart and just powers off force fully

But definitely one of your apps , uninstall the latest you had and work from there

Ok , let's concentrate on this pop up your seeing , you'll have to uninstall one by one Apps until it goes away .
