Some Moto 360 movement on the best buy site..

I have be3n checking the best buy app pretty frequently. I saw the watch being out of stock at more and more stores until it was finally completely unavailable be it in stores or to order online. Today online shipping us available and all stores in my vicinity are listed as having it in 3 to 5 days. I am hoping this means that shipments are on the way and that I will be able to finally pick one up soon.

Manny, Did/do you see the option to actually put it in your cart and pay? I also have been looking at their site every couple of hours, and I notice some odd differences between the Android app and the full website. The Android App says that shipping is available now and that stock leaves the warehouse in 1 day, yet you have no option to add it to a cart. The full website only says in-store only, lists stores as "pick up in 3-5 days", yet when you click on that button, it removes it from your cart saying its not available. As a consolation prize, it then tries to tell you how you have good taste in wanting an out-of-stock item.

Yeah it does the same thing for me. All we can do is wait and check back frequently. I did pre order it and got confirmation emails from best buy that they will tell me when it's available for pick up.

I too ordered from Best Buy a couple of minutes after the watch went live on their site with it shipping to store. I received a email Friday afternoon that the order had shipped, but I have yet to receive an email that it's ready for pickup. I was thinking today, but doesn't look like it.

It says available in 3to 5 days at my stores when I check store inventory plus it shows leaving warehouse in 1 day under shipping for me still and I just checked now.

I just checked it again now and now it's back to showing the stores in 3 to 5 days and online shipping us available too. Crazy how often that changes.

I went to a Best Buy in San Jose today after seeing it "available for pickup today" on the website, but not able to place an order. Got there when they opened... they received a whole whopping TWO units... and I was number four in line. Bummer.

I've been tracking the site continuously since Friday and the 3-5 days has popped up MANY times with no ability to actually add it to card. Clicking the button brings an error. Lame.

Grrrr.. This surprise middle of the night launch is not doing it for me. I'd rather have a couple of weeks notice to be able to pre order and then just pick the thing up without playing all those crazy games. Well, supposedly I have one reserved for me now....but no clue as to when I can get it. So silly.

I had gone in on release day to a Best Buy store. They did not have any in stock but ordered one to the store for me. I just got one email saying the 17th. Then one saying backordered and if they couldn't get it by the 20th the order would cancel.

I went to Santana Row best buy yesterday and all sold out at 10:03 am! I manage to pre order one from Milpitas best buy on Tuesday. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to get it! I checked bestbuy.com this morning and I was able to order one. I should receive it on Monday!

I would keep an eye out today (Friday). Both my brother-in-laws work for a BB here in CT and were one of the 4 stores in the whole state who got ONE last week and couldn't hold it for me. But they got a truck in yesterday afternoon that they weren't marking received or in stock but had a decent amount of both colors. Lucky for me they told me about it and got me one but leads me to believe they're either saving for today or the rumored Sunday.

And if you check the best buy site right now and check your zip code, do they show as in Stock there as well? Just wondering if the best buy site has any accuracy left in it after its been changing its opinion several times a day for the last week.

My closest store said that they would take a pre-order on the black version, but not the silver because it was too popular. How does that even make sense?!?!? You pre-order because something is so popular. Of course that's the one I am looking for....

Motorola said on announcement day that the silver one was in limited supply.

Best Buy in Coralville, IA got in 14 silvers yesterday, I picked one up on my way home. The BB employee said Waterloo, IA got about the same.
