Why can't we have a Android Central App or Tapatalk version app for IOS devices?

My main tablet right now is a iPad Mini and I rather use the app than use the web browser.

I see crackberry wpcentral and webos on there and that is depressing.

I bet good money he isn't. You do realise Apple won't ban an app if its relating to Android. Why do iOS users have the Google maps YouTube currents G+ apps if Apple hates Google/android
