I have a htc one, i try to return it to stock rom but by doing so i think i wiped my os completely is there anyway i can install i new one ?

Did you try flashing back with an RUU?

Do you still have access to fastboot? if so ADB shell in and push a new OS.

Even better if you have access to your recovery (assuming its custom) push the OS from there, or backup file if you made one.

i try to flash with ruu but it says i need the correct one but i cant find one that match my baseband

yeah i can still use fastboot and everything, when ever i restart phone it just go back into recovermode

yeah i did make an backup but i cant seem to find it anywhere have had a look for it but when i press on restore it says (storage: internal storage)(0MB)

its 129.401.12 that's what it says i need, when i try the ruu it says, from image version 1.29.401.12 TO image 1.28.401.7 but then half way into it, it says please find the correct match have looked everywhere i can think of
