Something is wrong! (Vladivostok?)

Under the google applications in the market they released one that you can download it if it not pushed to your device that will help, i believe. It is called Android Market Security Tool.
Thanks. Now I am thinking that it isn't malware that is causing my phone to act up. I found the software in the Android market, and it says that if I would have been affected by those apps, Google would have pushed the security tool straight to my phone, and I would not need to download it. Well, it never came through.

The Android Market Security Tool was finally pushed through to my phone, as evidenced by an email I recieved, and it fixed the location problem. However, I think the Android Market Security Tool has now caused an even more annoying problem, which I will create a new thread about.
