Android Central Question

I factory reset my s20 fe last night, and am unable to log back into my google account. the password is correct, I get to the agree to terms and privacy page, but then i get " sorry something went wrong there, try again" message. I was able to add my work gmail account, but my personal one will not be accepted. Google is blaming samsung, samsung is blaming google. Samsung also said they would help in 1-2 days. great. Secondary issue, I have the same exact error when trying to sign into Chrome on my computers.
Someone, anyone please help.
please please please

Thanks for the replies.
So I can log into the gmail account on another device but on my phone i cannot access anything at all.
I have tried a few different Wi-Fi networks with no success and i cannot put my mobile data on.
I am 100%sure the details I entered are correct.

What happened was when you do a factory reset because too many incorrect passwords it gets you to verify yourself by logging into you Google account. Then I presume it allows you to access your phone. But so far every time I enter my email address and password it either says something webt wrong or just loads and takes me back to the login page.
So i have absolutely no access to my phone

Was always my phone but was purchased from a company that put a protective filter on it and came with a letter that said if you wipe the phone it will become completely unusable

Hmm -- that sounds a bit fishy to me. What company was this? Did they give any details about this "protective filter"? If they told you that doing a factory reset would make it unusable, that makes me suspect that this company obtained the phone from someone else first (either voluntarily or involuntarily).

Do you remember when you first powered the phone on when you got it -- did it go straight to the homescreen, or did you have to go through the usual setup wizard?
