Sometimes fingerprint option grayed out.

Sometimes when I slide up the Samsung Pay panel the fingerprint option (and pin number option) at the bottom is grayed out. It makes Samsung Pay unusable. I have to reboot the phone to get Samsung Pay to work. Obviously this isn't practical while trying to check out. It's happened twice in the last week. I imagine that there's a conflict with an existing app but how do I figure this out?

The one time this happened to me was when I won one of the promotions for a gift card. Check the Samsung pay app and see if you won something.
