I don't see a forum for the Samsung One UI so I'm posting this in here. How whe. You open your notifications, at the top you get your media players. You can swipe left or right and go through your media apps in use (spotify, pandora, pocketcasts, etc). Sonos isn't included in this and can be buried seven deep on your notification list. Is there a way to force this into the media notification "tab"?

I have noticed this with my Sonos as well and have not found a way at this time. My brother is a top tier Sonos Dealer and he has asked through his inside channels as well and this is something they are working on last I heard.

About all the news I can give at the moment.

Does your brother know about the Arc issue with the subs and rears cutting out that they are trying to bury? Let him know before he talks others into buying it.

I have not heard that issue nor do I have any issues at all with my setup. What's the issue?

major issue and Sonos is trying to play it off as wifi interference even though 56 pages of complaints all point to it occurring immediately after the 14.6 update. Count me in that mess. They need to stop the sale of that thing until they claim responsibility and figure it out.

Thanks, I'll have my brother look into this on his end as well (with his customers) and will see if we can push from a distributor end.

For the record, this isn't a OneUI issue. it acts the same way on my Pixel 6 as well. Doesn't bother me much as I don't use the Sonos player much anyway.

As much as I have spent on Sonos, I am quite disappointed in them. As soon as my rig is outdated Im thinking Im done with them. Im starting to think they are on the way out... They REALLY dropped the ball last year or so with trying to stop their updates to products and then they re thought it and changed their plan...really scary. Sonos is NOT to be trusted. Im just stuck now for a couple of years with their products but i REALLY THINK iM DONE. #bose

Honestly, you're not going to be happy either way to be honest. I understand your feelings on how they are doing things and their support, but if you think going to Bose is going to make this better, think again. My parents switched from Bose to Sonos and isn't looking back. There's no comparison when it comes to interoperability and connectivity. It just works. Bose, not so much.

Regardless, I have been working with my rep and it's going about as good as you could imagine (read: Not was well as you want, but not stalled either). They are trying, but it takes time to get things refactored, tested and released. The immediate gratification people expect when a lot of work has to go into even what some may call "simple changes" is most definitely a misconception and unrealistic expectations.

I wish you luck on your adventures and let us know how it goes, but I think you will come to the realization that even if the grass looks greener on the other side, that doesn't mean it is. :D
