Does anybody have a contact at Sony?
They've had my phone for 5 weeks. I call every couple days and I'm promised that it's going to be replaced, but they can't get me tracking.
I'm told over and over that I'll get a call back, and never have. No emails. Nothing. I don't know what to do, since im getting nowhere with customer support.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a product. If I ever get my phone back, I'll probably sell it and never buy another Sony product. Sucks cos my z3c is the best phone I've ever had.
Any help appreciated!!
