Sony contact

Does anybody have a contact at Sony?
They've had my phone for 5 weeks. I call every couple days and I'm promised that it's going to be replaced, but they can't get me tracking.

I'm told over and over that I'll get a call back, and never have. No emails. Nothing. I don't know what to do, since im getting nowhere with customer support.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a product. If I ever get my phone back, I'll probably sell it and never buy another Sony product. Sucks cos my z3c is the best phone I've ever had.

Any help appreciated!!

Welcome to Sony's customer service, where you are given false hope.

Beat it though, you either have to come to the store physically as an angry man and demand your phone back, pressuring the people there everyday until they can't take it anymore, or just stay quiet. This has happened countless of times, ranting here won't help at all. Yet many have tried, but to no avail.

Had the same issue last year they took two weeks sorry to say that but hope for you won't be that long, took them a week just to process the issue,,, sony sucks that's for sure!!!!

You do have to to the store and found the guy who sold my phone to me and lied and I smashed a few phones and ran out and got away with it!! There loss of product not me

Happy to say my phone is here and I'm back on it. I love this phone, which is the only reason I chose to keep it I'm so disgusted with Sony.

It's worth noting that I contacted B&H Photo, in NYC, where I purchased the phone out of desperation asking if they could help. They did, and magically my phone is back in my hands 6 days after contacting them. Excellent customer service for sure. they weren't positive that it was there muscle that got my phone back, but I'm sure it didn't hurt.

It's a shame, because this will likely be my last Sony product.
