Sony T2 Problem

Hi, the wife's T2 smartphone has developed a problem with accessing phone contacts and making calls - can still receive calls.

Any ideas as to how this can be resolved as I'm having to listen to the complaints....

Welcome to Android Central! More details would be helpful. What kind of problems is she having? Does the Contacts/People app not open? Is she unable to search for contacts from within the Dialer app? What happens when she tries to make a call? Is there a problem dialing or connecting? Have you spoken to the carrier yet?
