the issue is pretty much as the subject states.. so far lve rooted the device and and if the phones hidden menu (the one you access via a weird set of key presses which l forget without regoogling) then the boot loader is also unlocked as well which l managed to get sorted through SDK tools.

now l had assumed everything would have worked properly at this point but lve been unable to install the recovery, first method was pushing it via SDK tools as cyanogen suggested (via a command prompt) at which point lm given an error that the transfer failed with an unknown error, so l tried another method, namely the TWRP Manager, but downloading an installing its own recovery image also fails, so lm left at a loss as to how lm supposed to get this phones rom flashed with either a stock or custom rom (reason l need to get it flashed is because it keeps coming up with bug report notifications which slow the phone to a crawl if left turned on long enough, its why my sister gave me the phone to break lol).

I'd suggest that you bring it to a good (by reputation) repair shop. If the recovery (TWRP) flashes, but Android doesn't, it could be a hardware problem (bad eMMC memory) and you'd need the motherboard replaced.
