Sony Xperia: Why do my text messages disappear as soon as I unlock the screen?

Sony Experia Why does my text messages disappear as soon as i unlock the screen?

Hi Had the phone for almost two years When it happened the first time round I able to go in to messages and when I opened the conversation the message from the sender would reappear The texts that I'm receiving are work related computer generated ones and are now under a no reply service Which means I have no means of seeing the messages at all now What to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Xperia phone is it? So when you unlock the screen and open the Messaging app, those messages aren't anywhere? I don't quite understand the no-reply service--are you saying that this prevents them from showing up in your Messaging app, but does let you see them as a lockscreen notification?
