Sony xperia xa F3111. Auto scroll and clicking.

I have I fault on my phone sometimes even when the memory is pretty good my notification meny start roll down and up and the sound goes to quiet and the light goes down. Sometimes chrome auto clicks on the chrome meny or click back from page 2 to 1. What can be wrong?

I'm sorry for posting wrong. I haven't tried safe mode yet. How do i activate it? Sometimes it happens when I just restart the phone. When I should type in pin code the wrong numbers is written.
