Sony xperia xz3 can't click or mark in some apps.

I have a problem. I cannot click or mark Options in some apps. But i can do it in a old Sony Xperia X with the, same app version.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have any apps that have permission to Display Over Other Apps (what used to be called a Screen Overlay)? An example would be a screen dimming app. These kinds of apps can sometimes interfere with onscreen buttons.
