Hi i have the above phone and i am having difficulties getting it to work on my WIFI, it will connect and it will work for a few days but then i get an explanation mark next to the wifi icon and it wont go online although it does say it is connected in wifi settings, i have several other phones in the house and other wifi devices and none of them have any problems at all, any help would be gratefully appreciated thank you.

Hi and thank you for your help, i have found this is a common problem with this phone i have just been poking around in my Virgin Media Super Hub settings and i found one for Guest wifi, i have set this up with a different ssid and different password, the phone has now connect fine and i hope this will fix it, thank you again for your help.
