Hello, I'm a soon to be former ATT Captivate user and will hopefully getting the Thunderbolt soon.
Samsung has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't ever plan on getting another Samsung product after all the troubles on the Captivate and how long it's taken them to fix them.
