Picking up the purple Pixel 3a just as a backup phone today. Picking up a sealed one locally for $350.

Couldn't get the unlocked version set up on Sprint, so I had to return to Best Buy.

After taking it back, I called and texted with Sprint, and they could find no reason why my plan wouldn't work, so I went back to Best Buy and picked up a white one. Loving it so far!

So far liking it, switched my SIM from OP7 pro to this and going to use it for a few days as the main phone. Loving the size of the 3a, feels perfect in the hand and the purple color is awesome. Performance is great as well, I'm not into gaming so not seeing any big difference between this and flagship. Looks like a killer phone for the price given the camera, overall experience and fast software updates.

I really want this phone. No SD slot is a bummer, but Jack is drawing me in. However, the 2XL can be had for $240 at Verizon and the 3XL for basically the same price as the 3a XL. Leaning XL because the 3a seems small compared to what i have been using (HTC U11). What is everyones thoughts on this dilemma?

I switched from my Note9 to my Pixel 3a XL on Friday. been using the Pixel all weekend, it has been pretty solid.

Hows the battery life in comparison? I am surprised you'd switch from the N9. I have the S10 plus and hate the sides of the screen. Always messing me up.

I LOVE IT. I really, really do love this phone. The battery life is amazing. I don't mind the plastic. I actually like how light it is. And I still haven't put a case on it, though I will be purchasing a clear case to show off the color.

I'm so glad you're loving it! Plastic wouldn't bother me either - and I like a more lightweight phone too! Definitely a good plan to show off the colour with a clear case - all of those colours got the 3 line are amazing! Which colour did you get?

I got Purple-ish.

I was originally planning to get the black one, but Best Buy had a white one available in store. Haven't regretted it. With a clear case, it looks pretty smart....
