Please help...whenever I plug into my laptop to sync music, etc. I keep getting Sorry! The application MediaSync (process com.motorola.mediasync) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. And a link to force close. Nothing happens when I force close and the sync symbol remains until I turn the phone off and restart. I am limited technically, but I have uninstalled any apps recently installed and other than that, I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm assuming this error comes up on the phone itself ??? If so I'm not sure what the issue might be. If you have all your stuff backed up you might try a factory reset.

Or you could upload your music to Google and it will sync seamlessly with your phone. Than just choose the songs you want as offline.
