Sorting Contacts by Last Name with Exchange

I use Exchange server for my corporate contacts. I have exchange cofigured to list contacts alphabetically by last name. They appear that way on my desktop and when I log into our web access connection. However, Droid imports and lists them by first name. It is also jumbling some contacts, mixing phone numbers into contacts and removing some contacts. How do I get my contacts listed by last name?

I don't think there is way to do that with out a third party app, I would check the market for something.
