Sound dissappears for a short period

Hi,

On my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra since recently the sound dissappears for about 10 seconds while playing music (on any music player).
How to fix this please ?

Are any Bluetooth headphones or speakers nearby that might be inappropriately connecting?

Does this happen with both streaming music and locally saved music?

Does it happen with multiple different Bluetooth headphones, or only one specific one? I'm wondering if the BT connection is dropping out periodically, which could be due to the headphones or the phone itself. If it only happens with one specific pair of headphones, I'd suspect a problem with that pair. If it happens with any headphones, then it's probably an issue with the phone.

It appears only with one pair of Samsung Pro earbuds.
I didn't yet test the connection of these earbuds with my pc (windows).

I will check this and let you know.

I'm talking about the latest firmware for the earbuds. You never know if they might have patched something specific to the Bluetooth stack in Android. See the link I previously shared.

I suppose it could be something to do with the Bluetooth radio on the phone, or perhaps the Bluetooth stack. I'm not sure how else you can troubleshoot this. You may just have to send feedback to Samsung (for both the phone and the earbuds) using the Samsung Members app, and see if you get any response.

I contacted Samsung Members and they adviced me to reset the earbuds and that worked !
