Good morning,Are any Bluetooth headphones or speakers nearby that might be inappropriately connecting?
Does this happen with both streaming music and locally saved music?
It appears only with one pair of Samsung Pro earbuds.Does it happen with multiple different Bluetooth headphones, or only one specific one? I'm wondering if the BT connection is dropping out periodically, which could be due to the headphones or the phone itself. If it only happens with one specific pair of headphones, I'd suspect a problem with that pair. If it happens with any headphones, then it's probably an issue with the phone.

I contacted Samsung Members and they adviced me to reset the earbuds and that worked !I suppose it could be something to do with the Bluetooth radio on the phone, or perhaps the Bluetooth stack. I'm not sure how else you can troubleshoot this. You may just have to send feedback to Samsung (for both the phone and the earbuds) using the Samsung Members app, and see if you get any response.
