Sound Modes and Automation

I love my S10+. Only have one issue I can't figure out.
Is there a way to add a sound mode? All there is in the settings is Sound, Vibrate, and Mute. I would like to add a sound mode for the office so I can have all the volumes lowered while at work. The Bixby Routines is cool and I will be able to automate this function, but I need to be able to add a sound mode.

If not possible through the phone, what app do you guys recommend? I am currently using Sound Profile but it does not work well on the S10+ at all.

Tasker (not free) (and you may need Secure Settings - free) will do it. IFTTT may do it (I haven't played with it much.)

I've used Tasker on my prior phone for this, and it works good. Problem is that Tasker can never go to sleep otherwise it wont see the state changes to do its automation. Turned into a battery drain on my old phone.

I too, wish the Bixby routines would allow for controlling all the sound levels.
