sound/ profile bug?

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me, or point me in the right direction for reporting a bug. I've got two issues, Firstly ever now n then my phone stops all sounds. I.e., no ringing, no notifications, no music player - nothing. Resetting the phone fixes it immediately, but is annoying. The funny thing is the music player either ahows songs as playing but the minute marker doesnt actually change, or the minute marker runs at like 3 or 4x the correct speed, still with no sound (even if plug in earphones).

Secondly, if put my phone on mute but receive an sms, it changes my phone back to normal sound mode. Very frustrating.

I live in SA, am on vodacom carrier and have the latest software for my S4. any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

If you press colume up/down on the side of your phone a little volume slider will pop with with what looka like a 'options cog' on ita right hand side, quickly press that and it ahould show each individual sounds volume setting, basic but worth a try!

Thanks for the tip.i tried that but it shows all volume settings as at full, and still no volume. It's so frustrating! Does anyone know what the process is reporting a bug to Samsung?
