Sound Profile - Phone Calls Only

Where do I find the option to make the phone sounds, phone call only.

BlackBerry, you press one button and BAM, done, android, it gives me the volume keys to change notifications, does this mean if I turn the phone notification volume up, im going to be spammed with beeps and pings from email and messaging?

To turn them off but leave the phone ringtone do I have to go into some app and individually turn them off?

Go into Settings>Sounds & Notifications> Volumes. Unclick the Use ringtone volume for notifications box and then you can turn down all sounds except the ringtone if you want.
