Sound quality distorted when recording

Hi all! I'm new to this site and I just need some help to fix the sound quality on my fascinate. I went to a concert last night and although it was nicely recorded the sound is absolutely horrible. How can I fix it so that the sound quality is clear? Btw, my phone is not rooted and I really have no idea what that means as I just recently got this phone. Please help!

I have the same issue, the voices in video sound buzzy and unclear through most of the video. I thought it was because of the loder background noise. I was in a car with a loud exhaust and the windows rolled down.

The phone's built in mic can only handle sounds lower than a certain level. This is inherent in all microphones. Your only hope is to back up away from the source our search for a recording program that might let you adjust the gain on the mic.
