Sound Recording at Concert is Terrible

[Android Central Question]

Just took my Pixel 2 XL to its first concert and recorded a bit. the sound sucks. blown out and distorted.

Past Android phones (HTC 8 AND 10) recorded at concerts well, and my buddy with his new iPhone got crystal clear recordings standing next to me.

Are there any software tweaks i can to to make the microphones capture loud music better?
