Sound stops while playing video on Samsung S5 4G+

Hello,

after a few seconds / minutes, sound stops while playing video on Samsung S5 4G+ with headphones but video still playing without sound

Example : on Youtube or other apps

I need pause / resume 5 seconds later

Do you know this issue on SM-G901F ? any solution ?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen only on streaming video (like YouTube), or also with locally stored videos? If it's only with streaming, does it occur on both wi-fi and mobile data? If only wi-fi, have you tried other networks?

Tests with locally stored videos : no problem
Tests with 2 differents headhones : same issue

Strange problem--if it were a buffering problem, I would expect the video to drop out and the audio to continue.

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 5 | T-Mobile Support
