Sound won't work, Moto X

My sound all of sudden quit working yesterday.. The ringer and alarms work, but YouTube, Spotify, etc. will not. I also can't hear while in a call unless it's on speaker. Please help!

Well, it looks like that there is some problem with the earpiece, I would say you should go to the nearest customer support for fixing it up as in here the issue seems to be in the hardware rather than the software.
