Soundapp crashes

From a few days i cant open soundapp. And if open it 2 times in a raw i get crashmess with 2 choses.
Info. About app and close app
Can only +/- sound with buttons.
In my galaxy s10+

Which specific Sound app are you referring to? There are a few of them in the Play Store, some with very bad reviews.

The build in from settings/sound and vibrations
I didnt get up from frontwindow.
Only the ordinary +/- soundbar working there.

This have been sens last update.
There has been some there.
After upgrade, all sounds are on max.
Very enojing developers.....

I dont now about cloud.
When i try to come in this folder
Settings/sound and vibration.
First time you click on it, you come back to settings after a quick flash.
Seconde time you get a crach meny:
Info. about the app or close app.
Now it only goes round in the first click all the time.
I see at it was version 11 on that app.
That enojing is att all sounds are on top, and cant lower all sounds.
And it was on top from last update.
