So I got a spam text message this morning.
I was running on autopilot and just opened it. It was filled with sex talk and a pop-up message to open something in my browser. I just hit the recent apps button on the bottom left and closed all apps. I opened the messaging app again and deleted the text message. I then downloaded the Malwarebytes and ran a scan, it came up clean. So am I safe? Can I get something from just opening a text message like that?

You are fine if you didn't open the link.
