Spam text message

I very rarely ever receive a spam text but I got this one today.
I don't have and never have had an Apple device so I'm just curious if this is a random spam message.

'Tore' in the notification, 'store' in the text. Who could doubt the authenticity?

I didn't even notice the misspelling in the header.
Of course I didn't click the hyperlink but I typed in the link in Google search and Google could not find any results.
I typed in "verificationappstore" and got something about two step verification for Apple. I didn't even know Apple has two step verification. I will look into the link for spam@uce.gov. Thanks
