sparks/ s7ede bluetooth

[AC Question]

My s7 edge will pair with my spark mylink but sometimes a voice command pops up on the car screen and I don't have voice command so then I can't hear or speak through the Bluetooth. Help. I have cleared the phone cache but nowhere to turn off voice command on the car.
