Ok so it's happening now. I've installed sound assistance and it's still doing the same thing. Idk what happened.

Got the new phone set up. So far no issues.

At&t got my defective note 20. I was nervous about them not getting the phone because of my lost/stolen note 10 trade in situation. All is well for now.
