Speaker on phone calls automatic.

I am hearing impaired, and handle all phone calls with speaker on.
This group is loaded with experienced, well qualified moderators. I've had extensive experience back in the days of DOS, when I had a Consulting business.
It seems to me that adding an option to ANSWER THE PHONE WITH THE SPEAKER ON, would be a piece of cake for the talented programmers at Google. A simple ON/OFF toggle would do the trick.
I suppose that the moderators, who have contacts with Google, could learn why the option is not there.

The Mods and Ambassadors are all unpaid volunteers. None of us have inside information contacts at Google. I have a few friends who work there, but in various departments that are unrelated to this kind of thing.

In the meantime, send feedback to Google about this wanted feature.
