Speaker phone not working.

Yesterday all of a sudden the speaker phone stopped working on my Ultra. Checked all sound settings, rebooted with no luck. Anyone ever heard of something like this? Thanks.

Do you mean that the call audio doesn't play over the main speaker, or that the other party can't hear you? Have you tried it in Safe Mode?

The other party can hear fine. When I hit the speaker icon the sound is the same both clicked and not clicked. Havn't tried safe boot yet. Edit: Tried safe mode, same thing.

Try in device care diagnostic it can test your microphone , speaker etc..

Yes I can but the same both ways thru the speaker, no speaker phone.

Try these things out see if anything got out of whack

Go to settings>general management>reset>reset settings

Settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>reset app preference

Let us know after this

No
Resetting app preference will enable any disabled apps and custom settings u done to stock

Hello,
Try to update your Samsung phone to the latest version and check if it’s working normally or not. Check the issue in safe mode. Reset app preferences. Reset All Settings. Perform a factory reset.

Yeah lot of those suggestions have been mentioned.
